End of summer shoot

We recently ventured down cliffs at the end of Cornwall's western peninsula to reach a hidden pool, the setting for our latest photoshoot. What we hadn't anticipated was that an unusual series of events would make our quest even more special - with an exceptionally low tide, the likes of which may never be seen again.

This special occurance was a result of the position of the moon and sun at the time of the September equinox. What it meant for us was a dramatically raw, rocky backdrop - the extreme lows revealing vibrant plateaus of lime seaweed and leathery banks of kelp - it was just the location we had hoped for.

Snippets of the shoot and film have been released on our Instagram and over the next weeks you'll see more from this series. For now, here is a taste of the day, with credit to the very talented (and intrepid) bunch of photographers, filmmakers and fabulous model we had the pleasure of working with... all of whom we must thank for getting wet for the cause.
