Fulfilment Co-ordinator - part-time

We are looking for a new part-time member of the team at our studio in Hayle. This is a part-time position dedicated to overseeing the order fulfilment process from start to finish. This includes managing the picking and packing of orders, informing clients of delivery schedules, ensuring timely dispatch and maintaining accuracy in order processing.

We take great pride in delivering a best in class service, from the moment our clients make contact, to the moment they receive their Emily Nixon jewellery at their door. In a nutshell, this person ensures our customers feel cared for and delighted during the fulfilment stage of their customer journey with us.

 

It will be a permanent part-time contract for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
