Emily has worked using beeswax for two decades, often describing her process as drawing with wax. Her creative practice, as well as her deep love for Japanese culture and heritage, led her to Tokyo, where she studied the ancient technique of Mitsuro Hikime.
These pieces are from the first collection of her Mitsuro Hikimi designs.
